自1987年德国举办第一届利奥波德·莫扎特国际小提琴比赛开始，世界小提琴界便已不再平静，在这场比赛中拔得头筹，成为了全世界青年小提琴演奏者的目标。利奥波德·莫扎特国际小提琴比赛每四年或三年在德国举办一次，充满创意及新鲜的曲目总是能吸引那些身怀绝技的演奏者，每届一等奖的获得者都能给我们带来一场视听的饕餮盛宴。
2016第9届德国利奥波德·莫扎特国际小提琴比赛同样精彩，此次在保留优良传统的同时，曲目的选择会进入一个新纪元，曲风从早期的巴洛克到先锋派都有涵盖。
利奥波德·莫扎特国际小提琴比赛是在向一位伟大的父亲致敬，他不仅是一位伟大的小提琴演奏家，更是一位优秀的父亲，是他发掘并培养出了音乐天才沃尔夫冈.阿马德乌斯.莫扎特！我们也一直致力于发掘新一代小提琴天才“莫扎特”，在这场国际演奏舞台上，你做好展现光芒的准备了吗？
